Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing your store teams to reach their full potential.
  • Driving sales performance and ensuring achievement of store KPIs.
  • Overseeing store operations including rosters, expense control, and shrinkage management.
  • Maintaining strong stock control processes to ensure accurate stocktakes, transfers, and merchandising standards.
  • Ensuring stores deliver an exceptional customer experience, every time.
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of team members.
  • Building strong relationships with Centre Management and representing the brand with professionalism.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and OHS standards.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven leadership experience in multi-site or large-format retail management.
  • Strong people leadership and coaching ability with a focus on developing talent.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to drive results through effective sales and operational management.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability Tuesday–Saturday, with flexibility when required.
